Yes and we offer a wide range of outdoor furniture sets to accommodate all spaces and group sizes, including sofa sets, dining sets, lounge sets, bistro & balcony sets.
Yes of course and we encourage our customers to visit the showroom, where you can find all of our products on display.
You can Mix & Match our entire Rattan Furniture collection and if you wish to customise or change existing sets for other collections, just let us know and we’ll accommodate your request (depending on stock availability).
Yes, our furniture is designed to withstand the unpredictable British weather. All our furniture uses Aluminium frames for rust-free experience and our rattan, rope weave and cushions are sunlight, frost and water resistant.
Garden Furniture options
We offer a variety of styles, from traditional Rattan looks, to contemporary or minimalist styles completed with Aluminium Frames, Natural Teak, Composite finishes and Rope Weave. You can find out more about our material style options here.
Our sofa styles vary based on collections, but you can find the right shape and size to suit your taste and needs. We offer 2 and 3 Seater sofas or small and large Corner sofas. Some furniture collections are modular, allowing you to customise the shape and size.
Yes, we have a wide range of Bistro & Balcony Sets, which are ideal for small spaces due to their size and functionality (compact & stackable). Some of our furniture collections offer compact 2 seater sofas that you can combine with small coffee table of your choice.
Yes, some of our dining sets offer up to 8 individual seats and come in round or rectangular sizes. Check out our Dining Sets page for more information and options.
Yes, you can purchase a complete dining set, then add other items individually, such as additional chairs in any quantity.

delivery & installation
We offer free1 and fast in-house deliveries across mainland UK. Alternatively, you can use our Click & Collect service. For small-sized parcels and boxes, we may use our trusted 3rd party courier services (DPD or FedEx). Your shipping options will be calculated at the checkout page, using your delivery postcode.

We can schedule a weekend delivery, depending on our availability. Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday.
Our in-house delivery service covers Mainland UK only. For other destinations, we can provide a courier quotation on request.
You will receive an order confirmation email and our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your delivery. Once the date and time has been agreed, you will receive a confirmation email.
You will receive a message from our team confirming their ETA (2 hour window) at your property. We highly advise you prepare your property for the delivery ie. clear all the passages to your garden/patio/house, so our team can Safely carry all the boxes without damaging the goods or your property.
Don’t worry, many of our deliveries resulted in a game of Tetris. If you have any concerns, please let us know as soon as possible, so our team can make prior arrangements to accommodate your property’s access restrictions.
If you’re unable to receive your furniture delivery at the scheduled date and time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Our team will be in touch to schedule a new delivery date.
Most of our furniture arrives pre-assembled, which is why a clear access route to your garden is required. In some cases, minor assembly may be needed—rest assured, our team will handle this for you. If you’re short on time or prefer to assemble the furniture later, we can leave it boxed at your property with full assembly instructions included.

Maintenance & Care
All our furniture is designed to be outside all year around, even in the unpredictable British weather. However, regular cleans do help your furniture look as good as new. Simple rinse with a garden hose or a sponge rub with lukewarm soapy water (non-detergent) will help you lift off any plant, animal, drink stains and food residues.
However that stain appeared on your cushion cover, you can fix it. For dry stains/residues we advise you brush it off first to remove the top layer. You can start treating your stain with a gentle soft sponge rub using a soapy mix in lukewarm water. Leave it to let the soap do its magic, then rinse it off with a garden hose. For stubborn stains, you can treat them with gentle (stain removing) detergents, repeating the sponge rub process. Our cushion covers are removable and machine-washable on low temperature gentle wash cycle.
No, our furniture is made of high-quality aluminium frames. Additionally, we powder-coat our frames for extra protection, so you can forget about the frame deterioration due to water, sun & frost factors.
Yes, since our Teak is a natural product which starts reacting to its environment over time. Our Natural Teak comes pre-treated for your initial season, but if you start noticing any signs of colour change, drying out or silver patina then you can treat it with Natural Teak Oil & Teak Cleaner. The maintenance cycle is straightforward and is very quick to complete, leaving your Teak looking vibrant and premium, highlighting all the natural grain characteristics.
No, our composite materials, such as HPL panels or WPC moulds require zero maintenance. Just a regular wipe down to keep them looking clean and fresh is all you need.
No, you only need to rinse it with the garden hose or use soapy water to wash off any stains or cobwebs. We use high-quality synthetic rounded rattan weave for extra strength. It’s natural elastic property helps reduce splits or stretches during the hot summer and frosty winter seasons.
In essence, there’s no need to fix scratches on your frame, unless you wish to improve the appearance of your furniture. Our frames are aluminium, so there’s no issue of oxidation or frame deterioration over time, even in exposed cuts and scratches. You can apply a touch up paint to any scratch marks you find on your furniture.
We highly advise you invest in good quality furniture cover, especially for out of season time and we can assist you with that. Furniture covers provide you with extra protection as it stops external factors like leaves, snow, wind, birds and other animals from leaving marks on your cushions and frames.
Garden parasols
Yes, our garden parasols are designed to be left outside all year round. Use the safety straps to secure your parasol once closed and we can assist you with getting a rain cover for added protection over winter seasons.
Yes, we highly advise you never leave your garden parasol open and unattended over a long stretch of time. Once you finished using your garden parasol, please close it and secure it with the safety Velcro straps. The reason being, is that sudden storms or strong gusts of wind, for Britain in particular can result in parasols falling over, causing further damage to your garden or patio.
No, all our garden parasols are sold with the base. You can purchase a replacement base separately.
Our garden parasols are sold with water based bases. Each base is filled with water for secure placement in your garden, patio or balcony. Our parasol bases have wheels, so you can move them around if you need to change their location.
We advise you fill your parasol base with water only. Filling up the parasol bases is a quick exercise using garden hose and draining it is as fast and straightforward using the drain cap.
Yes, our garden parasols come with cross-bracket steel frame fixing by default. You attach the bracket to our water-fillable base or you can fasten the bracket to a patio or other installations with tight bolt fixing for more secure and permanent installation.
