From packing to delivery, we take extra care to ensure your product arrives safely and exceeds your expectations. Our team will assemble your furniture on-site at no extra cost.
Teamwork goes a long way. If you need assistance unloading furniture into your home, storage space, or garden, our team will be happy to help, provided there is sufficient clearance and safe access for manoeuvring. We kindly ask that you prepare the space ahead of our arrival.
All Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on your order value and destination postcode. Our team will get in touch with you to schedule your furniture delivery at the time and date convenient for you. In other cases, we may use our trusted 3rd party courier services (DPD or FedEx) for smaller parcels and boxes.
– Local Delivery (1-3 business days) Free
– Standard Delivery to mainland UK* (2-5 business days) £29 for Small Boxes or £69 for Large Boxes
– Extended Delivery to mainland UK* (3-7 business days) £39 for Small Boxes or £99 for Large Boxes
*Please note that our in-house delivery service covers Mainland UK only. For other destinations, we can provide a courier quotation on request.

Click & Collect
Shopping with us couldn’t be made simpler and more convenient. For those of you who are eager to start lounging outdoors, swing by our warehouse to Click & Collect your order. Conveniently located near our Showroom (Tern Valley Business Park), continue travelling to Unit 53 Customer Parking area.
If you placed your order with us Online, our team will be in touch to consult you on the size and weight of items you will be collecting. Our Warehouse opening times are Monday to Saturday from 10am until 5pm.
