Our delivery service is available across Mainland UK Only. For deliveries to other destinations, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a courier quotation.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the items in your order and the delivery method selected. Free Delivery is available on small parcel orders (over £50) and may also apply to other parcel sizes during selected promotions. Please review the checkout page to confirm the delivery options and charges available for your order.
For furniture deliveries, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Smaller parcels and boxed items may be delivered by one of our trusted courier partners, such as DPD or FedEx.

Click & Collect
We’re making shopping with us even more convenient. Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and, subject to stock availability, your order could be ready to collect in as little as 2 hours.
Our local warehouse is conveniently located near our Showroom at Tern Valley Business Park. On arrival, please continue to the Unit 52 Customer Parking area.
Once you’ve placed your order online, our team will contact you to confirm item availability and collection details, including the size and weight of the items you’ll be collecting. Many items are available immediately, while some products may have a 1 to 2 week lead time.
Our warehouse opening times are:
– Tuesday to Friday 10am – 4pm
– Saturday to Sunday 11am – 3pm
– Monday Closed
